I’ve always been a high achiever and knew I wanted a luxurious life for my kids and I. I worked as a direct care staff for 10+ years.
I worked as much overtime as I could to make enough money to try to build the life I wanted. This method had me not only creating a life I didn’t have time to even be a part of. Even when I did have free time…

I knew I had to do something about it!
I thought about becoming a certified agency owner for 2 years before becoming certified because I had limiting beliefs that I couldn’t thrive making the transition from being a direct care staff to running a successful business.
But I decided I could take a chance and if it failed I had the skill set to go back to work at any agency anyway. Boy am I happy I took that chance, even with 2 children as a single mom, and very little start up money!
I opened my own agency and scaled that agency to 3.5 million by my second year. I went from a homecare provider and scaled to a multi million dollar agency in 2 years!
I know the story of overworking, missing important moments, and fear of failure isn’t just my story.
